Mukurob also known as the Finger of God near Asab in Namibia, the entire outcrop collapsing into a pile of rubble on the 4 December 1988.Once an immence rock pinnackle which balanced on a narrow neck of rock towering 34 m above the surrounding plains.Theories linked its fall to the shock waves caused from the great Armenian earthquake.

I do remember this well known landmark and the news reports from when it collapsed.
