This is a nice portret of the bird. Image quality is very good showing with sharp details bird's plumage. You have made good use of the strong light showing a good strong contrast. Sharpness of the main subject matches well with the blurry background.

Very well composed pic that has an excellent POV. One does not get that angle on a raptor's nest very often! I like the DOF, OOF BG, sharpness of the subject, details and clarity of the image.
