Hallo Hans,
Ik kende je werk nog niet. Ben eind 2006 pas aan TN deel gaan nemen. Heb even een korte blik in je potfolio geworpen. Vind het indrukwekkend. Net als deze foto. Perfecte scherpte en schitterende natuurlijke kleuren. Ook de diepte in de foto is verbluffend goed. Grote klasse!

This is a once-in-a-lifetime shot and it looks outstanding!
To catch an emperor dragonfly come to life is amazing itself, but to shoot two of them, side by side, it's surreal :)
Great work here! I really like the sharpness of all the details and the spot-on DOF that you used in order to bring out your subject better and to naturally blur the BG.
The darkening at the corners of the photo is also a nice touch and i think makes the scene more beautiful.

Hello Hans,

This is an amaising photo showing the two dragonflies emerging from pupae. You have shown them with great sharpness keeping both of them in focus and therefore rendering excelent details. Light has been used very well and colors are natural with a good contrast between insects and background.
