Hallo Michel
This is just what the doctor ordered. A real spectacular swallow with fine and delicate features. A lovely close-up with stunning colours, sharp details, and spot on focus. I've got a thing about a bird eye with a flashlight caught in it, and this one with its tiny polka dot eye is no exception. This swallow's feathers looks so soft and smooth and you have captured these details so precisely. The pose of the bird is great, showing the feathers from the side in all its splendour. I find the small pitch black beak very sweet, and the black stripe running from the eye to the beak is very attractive. If I could describe this in humanlike manner I would say this looks like a bird with good manners and a charming personality. This was a real pleasure to look at. Thanks for sharing.

That's a great shot ! I love the details, sharpness, focus and excellent background. Your composition makes this a very clean, professional looking picture. In my honest opinion, I don't think a thick border is the best here as I'd rather see more of your excellent background but besides that, its a winner! Great work.

Indeed a wonderful one! i think that nice one is not enough to describe it! Great warm colours all over the frame, touching warm colours. Texture on feathers are great as well! i like the posture of the bird! pov and framing are also choice!

Excellent sharpness on this shot of tree swallow and great bokeh. I like the diagonal direction of both the bird's body/tail and the branch with matching color to the wings.

What a splendid shot from you!
A truly impeccable capture of this cute tree swallow, presented here in a beautiful natural light.
The details are absolutely perfect and the DOF is equally great, giving you a gorgeous bokeh in the BG. This way, the swallow is brought out both by the exceptional focus as well as from the natural contrast of the two.

Hi Michel,
A very beautiful photo. I like the clean look of the composition and the amazingly beautiful colors of the swallow. The DOF isolated the bird with great perfection and gave it this extreemly sharp outline. The details in the feathers are wonderful and the reflection in the eye perfect. I love how the pastel colors of the BG contrasts with the colors of the bird.
