All the best to you, too, my friend and may 2009 be at least as good photography year as 2008 was :) I also hope that it will be the secound year we'll meet face to face and go shooting together (hopefully for more than just a day this time):)

This is a superb macro to conclude your postings here this year with.
The details on this butterfly are simply outstanding and the tilted composition is a very ingenious idea: brings some extra attention and dynamism to your scene.
Spot-on exposure, too and great colors as well.

this is very yellow and very very dark, ;-) ;-)
No, it's very good, no colour cast and the exposure are almost perfect on my monitor, I even downloaded and took a look in CS4 and it's Ok.

Hello Joe,
My monitor shows this perfectly my friend. The lighting is great, bright colors and extremely sharp details. The only thing I see which I think you overlooked are two tiny dust marks in the bottom left of the image. Nothing serious a quick fix for you is all. Thanks for all your incredible work in the past year Joe, Happy New Year.
