Geai bleu

Nom fraçais : Geai bleu
Nom anglais : Blue Jay
Nom latin : Cyanocitta cristata

Envergure : 41 cm
Longueur : 28 cm
Poids : 85 g

HABITAT
Boisés feuillus ou mixtes.

NIDIFICATION

Salut Jeanpaul,
this guy is so nice - I love the blue colour so much and whenever I see a shot I wish, this one would also live here in Germany - but so poor, we don't have this one here.
So thanks for the lovely shot

Bonjour Jeanpaul,

Valerie.

Sharp as a pin Pierre! It is always good to see you fine images...it looks like you studied a bit perhaps or got some new lens? This is superior! It is also amongst my favourite birds..

Hi Jeanpaul,

It's so nice to see you back! A beautiful Blue Jay posed so nicely on the curved branch. This is a bird we don't have down here so I always love seeing them. The shades of blue are wonderful and the details of the face and plumage are very nice. I love the blurred background and the diagonal composition. I wish you a healthy and happy New Year.

Jane

Hi Jean Paul.

Your blue jay is beautiful. I like the perch on that diagonal branch with the head turn. Very sharp copy and well controlled depth. Well done and TFS.

Regards,
Jusni

Hello JP, how are you?
It has been a long time since we communicated last.
Thanks for your kind critique on one of my recent pictures. Sorry I am late in reciprocating.
Your picture of a Blue Jay is beautiful as ever. Excellent POV from which the bird is seen in full glory. Very fine colours and details on the plumage.
Thanks and wish you a Happy New Year!

Preciosa toma Jean Paul !

Saludos: Josep Ignasi.
