[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
It is wintertime now in Holland. Last days there was some fog and the frost trasformed it into a beautifull decoration of the landscape. Here is one example. I took the picture on my skating tour in close to the Eastern Schelde where I live.

Hy Hendrik
I like the picture,only, in my eyes, the frame is a little bit to not balanced , up and down is to big, but is just an opinion, a personal point of view. The picture is ok, I like that you had the courage to walk on ice.

Isn't it fun when winter transforms the ordinary into something so special? It seems Holland gets a lot of cold winter temperatures (enough for skating) but little snow. Is that correct? This frost and ice photo is really nice. The texture on the water is interesting. I like the wedge shaped land mass anchored by the tree and the foreground grasses.

Heel mooie kaartje uit 'Holland'. Winterse sfeer komt uitstekend tot uiting in deze meer dan geslaagde compositie.
