Indian Reef Heron is also known as Western Reef Heron.
The bird has two different color phase. Presently the bird is in grayish color phase with white neck. In other phase the bird is complete white, difficult to distinguish with little egret.
I have cropped image to bring the features of the bird closer, thus the image has become somewhat grainy!
