hocam merhaba

Hi Mehmet
After the big presentation, here is a closer look of the structure of this interesting and very old submarine.
It's exactly how i remembered it to be...and here in your photo, it looks lovely.
All the details are impeccable sharp and show this very beautiful geometrical 3D pattern well.
Excellent section and very good overall presentation.
bravo and TFS

Merhaba Mehmet,
A superbly presented parasagittal sectional view of a Nautilus shell, the technical aspects of your photography being first class to make this an excellent illustration.
You clearly show in this image that the chambers are linked, but I have sometimes wondered whether the animal occupies all the chambers or whether only the most recent are used while the older ones work as variable buoyancy.
Thank you for posting this beauty together with you customary excellent note.
All the best,
Ivan
Love being able to look into the shell. And of course, the poem immediately jumps to mind "This is the ship of pearl, which, poets feign.."- one verse from The Chambered Nautilus by Oliver Wendell Holmes below:
Year after year beheld the silent toil
That spread his lustrous coil;
Still, as the spiral grew,
He left the past year's dwelling for the new,
Stole with soft step its shining archway through,
Built up its idle door,
Stretched in his last-found home, and knew the old no more.

Hi Mehmet!
I have not visited your gallery for quite a moment and I'm delighted to discover it again. The image you present us today stands for all the former ones. The quality is superb, everything on the technical side is perfect: lighting, sharpness, colour management. Moreover, your technique with the dark blackground highlights the shapes and patterns at best. And, finally, all this reveals nature's beauty in a very particular and pleasant way.
Thanks for this!
Kind regards
Markus

Hi Mehmet,

Excellent work, worthy of publication :)

Salam Mehemet,
Very informative details emerge out of this composition that is not only beautiful to look at but also impressive in its own natural formation.I wasnot able to make out that the presentation here is a parallel cut section - and was wondering why do you have the title as "Innard..",but on opening I see this really interesting inside of the submariner.
The shape itself is so aesthetically appealing and the texture and the colours are well accentuated by the black BG.
I am glad your notes are so well detailed... it surprises me to know it lives on for 20 years. Thanks for both...this gallery is ready reference material:)
Cheers

Hallo Mehmet
An excellent example of perfect workmanship. No two hands would have been able to create a beautiful piece of art as the one in front of me, as that is exactly what it is. A delicate piece of art, captured through the lens of yet another photographic artist Mehmet Atatur, and beautifully displayed with uttermost preciseness. To round it off the subject is described in full detail for our pleasure and learning experience. I thank you kindly sir, for sharing this true piece of beauty from the ocean with us.
Best regards

Hello Sir, ( our way of showing respect to learned academician)
Thanks for your critique on my lizard. How I appreciate it.
This nautilus is so beautiful, and created in beauty and elegance.
I remembered when a friend of my father came from Langkawi Island in Malaysia ( about 30 years ago) he gave it to my father. They turned it into an ash-tray.
Now I was wondering, with all the beauty, how could it happen. I have a few but it is intact in the display cupboard. thanks to you for giving such an excellent note and information.
Regards,
Foozi

Merhaba Mehmet Bey,
I love the form of Nautilus a lot. I am also a big fan of the Ammonites, the fossilized, hard shells of extinct mollusks whose closest relative is the chambered Nautilus. I like to use the ammolite gemstone in jewelery, they have amazing colors :o)Very nice details and textures in this one.
