This is a lovely composition, Mike the artist within is moving forward with leaps and bounces. :) Truly a sight for the eyes. The tubes steal lot of DOF. I think you manged it very well. The DOF just dropping off at the tails. Maybe F8? It still is a lovely capture and I think artistically one of your best. Love it!

Hi Mike, you'll probably not like what I'm going to say, but I think you were taking better shots (overall) with your S5000.
I know a new toy takes some getting used to, and maybe I'm jealous of the new toy.
Anyway this one is OK, nothing special. I do like the yellow flower and the composition, but there is just something lacking that I can't quite describe. Hope you don't mind the negative to much. cheers Chris.
