|I went to Canon Beach yesterday witch is located on the Oregon cost. This shot was taken at Tillamook Rock. It was a nice day but the wind was blowing hard making it a little difficult for some shots with the blowing sand. But all in all it was a fun day. Thanks for looking|

Hi Tom !
A beautiful seascape.
I am exposed to something.
Have a nice evening,
I am very familiar with cannon beach. It is a place Jane and I and the children used to visit often when we have the time. We would again like to travel there. Your picture gives it a feeling of cool. There are no tourists. This is a plus for Oregon. Normally this time of year the beach would be full of people whining kites. This shows the power of the ocean and how it wears away at the locks. It makes a good geologic study.

Hi Tom, how's it going?
After browsing through the TrekNature main gallery, I was attracted to this landscape, a sea view (I tend to select landscapes, because I like the genre). So I became curious to see more of your work, and took a quick peek into your gallery. Wow! That's very good, Tom! My compliments. I like your photography, especially your landscapes. Typical American style landscape photography, I believe. Love it. I know this style from booklets that I bought at a Rangerstation over there (The story behind the scenery, they're called). Will check it out, and perhaps write some more critiques later.
This particular landscape: I like the composition, and the way you've used the tree in front to the right to improve it. It greatly adds on to DOF perception. Beautiful scenery, nice atmosphere.
Well done, TFS.
Best regards, Dimitri.
I love love love Cannon Beach. Was there way back in the late 70's...I was just a kid.
Lovely shot - nice composition.
