[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note

This was taken last night at kimmeridge bay in the purbecks.

I presume that the grey / black sand has something to do with the oil shale at kimmeridge bay, im sure Mr Paul haynes will know so perhaps he might furnish me with the correct answer.

Thanks for looking

Hi Ewan,
Just popped in and yours was the first in the gallery. I love the bright spot of white wash in the FG it created a wonderful eye catcher and breaks the overall warm tones. The slick look of the rocks is wonderful and reflects the light perfectly. You had great luck to have such a powerful sunset. It gave you some spectacular colors.

Hi Ewan,
Very good work here. Beautifully composed. Like the color of sky and black wet stone. Nice long exposure image. Well done. Cheers - Adil.

Hi Ewan,
Very impressive... scenery looks beautiful and so serene. Great use of the filter. You have managed the light very well with such a balanced exposure control. TFS

Hello Ewan
an superb photo, for the colors tonalities that you have successfully captured, than for the way in which you have given fluid movement to the sea water. Beautiful the glares on stones and the clearness of the details.

i Just WanA say a BIGG 'WOW' for
This Beauty
