[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Just returned from my yearly trip to edsbyn to visit a bearhide,unfortunately the bears were (like the photographer) in hide and did not show up,so I have to look a bit longer at last years pictures and hope on a better next time,as I sat this time in a hide I observed this green sandpiper quite a while as she had 5 kids walking in the reeds around the lake where she had to take a look on,hope you like it and tfw

It was shot from a distance of about 10 meters with only a 300mm telelens on a FF camera (from a hide using a beanbag as stabilization),so picture is heavily cropped,but quality is imo good,so still happy with my camera and lens(es)

Een schrale troost als je voor beren gaat en je komt met een vogel thuis. Mooie foto in harmonieuze kleuren en een uitstekende compositie. Goede scherpte en vage achtergrond.

Hi Paul. A shame about the Bears maybe next time . But this is still a fine picture of the Green sandpiper which you have taken with fine detail and natural colours. A good POV/DOF. I like the coloured BG against the greys of the rocks. well done TFS.
