A nice & inspiring beautiful shot with lovely colors. well done & TFS.
Bad news - this picture isn't red at all - it is rather dirty green/golden/dark yellow. But it still looks great :-) You woke up around 4:30 AM on holidays??? Amazing :-) But I envy you empty beach and views like this one. I looked at your website - many interesting photos, but fishermen is my favourite.

Thanks for sharing this serene seascape with us. It has tranquillity and peace written all over it. The golden colours captured is wonderful and I like the vertical line thrown by the sun over the water a lot. The detail of the ripples in the water is really beautiful. It was a pleasure to stop by such a peaceful scenery. Thanks for sharing. Best regards.

ah yes, that magical time of the day when we have the world to ourselves...you just can't beat it. And what a delicious sunrise this must have been!!
A simple composition where the symmetry works well and the clarity is wonderful.
Very nice work mate.

Not much to say: Wonderful in colours and composition.
We also rose about 4:30 most mornings on our last trip. We'd drive our camper and photograph for a few hours and then stop and cook breakfast. Campers are very handy. After a few more hours of driving around and/or shopping and doing chores we could stop and sleep the bright afternoon hours away then be fresh for an evening of photography. With the summer days being so long this was the only way we could shoot at both ends and not get too overtired.
I like your sunrise. This is a case where a centered subject seems to work just fine. It has something to do with simplicity I suppose. Nice work.

classic one u have posted. the feeling of dark waters beneth and the seting ligt of sun.
very good composition. The fobea of darkness as well hope for light together struk to my mind while experiencing ur image. The vertical line of sun light is a ray of hope.
And thats the aim of ur post i think. and i will say u have succesfully captured the scean.
only one thing if u don mind , i would like to stae abour horizontal size of image. it could have been more immpressive.
anyways TFs and regards,

Another very minimilstic shot that works superbly.
I love the golden globe of the sun rising majesticly from the sea, gradually illuminating more and more of the sea.
Ps took a peek at your web site, looking good, i also really like 'fishermen' very cool shot.

Simplicity at its best. A clear sky and open sea accompanied by the most beautiful setting sun. What else does a person want on a relaxing vacation?
I really love the exposure here. There is no indication of OE or UE apart from the obvious. To me that shows the excellent control of the light.
