A perfect macro, my friend.

A delicate and very pretty plant and a perfect capture/composition Ori, also a pleasant change from your recent "love" to yellow!

hello Ori
beautiful composition
great details and very good sharpness with good light
greeting lou

Hi Ori,
This is a stunning flower. In it's perfection - it reminds me of sugar creations stuck onto a wedding cake!

As you say in your note, the variety of flowers on one single flower-sprig is amazing - and your image shows the range of waxen-white with tiny memories of orange thru to (at 8 o'clock of the photo)the dark fire-like orange bloom with white middle!

Did you use a flash? The dark background emphasises the beauty and colours of the blooms. Thanks to the sharp focus, speed and your steady hand one even sees the tiny drop at the end of the leaf.

I tried to find on the Internet a bit more information e.g. size of flower and their distribution. The only answer Google came up with was
"Anthpterus wardii (28) fragman Gold Star Critiquer/Silver Workshop Editor/Gold Note Writer"!

When you have a bit of time, please answer the size and distribution.

The result of your photo is like a Japanese painting: perfect
Enjoy the rest of your day,

Cioa Ori. Perfect light ab bright colours, stunning details. An amazing artistic composition. Well done.

Hi Ori,
In many situation I prefer the natural light but many times the flash creats a nice effect as here it is well composed and framed.
Well shot, beautiful colours.
