[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I was in Bandhavgarh national Park,India.I criss crossed the road whole day,I could only see a tiger at a distance.Perhaps the reason may be due to the road repairs going on every where for the impending tourist season.Next day I was luckier.I spotted this tiger along with another male when I was on Indrajit, the single tusked Elephant at Thalla Range. We withdrew when he showed his displeasure. At the Park I was saddened to hear about the poisoning and killing of a 6 year old mother tiger two months back. She had her first litter. Her three cubs are with the Park authorities.Saddest part is that though they know the culprit, they could not arrest him because of his political connections. Are we waging a losing battle?
