|We were birding in the morning, when this huge porcupine was lying in the middle of the road as we were driving to Serena. Fortunately there wasn’t a lot of traffic this morning, so I lay flat down in the middle of the road to take this picture.|

A beautiful hedgehog portrait from a good vantage point in good focus and exposure Thomas, I "painted" the BG in light blue, then increased the saturation and contrast levels a little to liven up the image in my WS, hope you will like my version MF.
interesting POV and fine result in this beautifil subject!

This is an amazing photo. I've never seen a real porcupine before and this is a great point of view and composition.
As mentioned by Matatur, this is a hedgehog and not a porcupine. Much unrelated species.
