Ciao Silvio,
attratto dalla secolare quercia hai provveduto alla visita autunnale d'ossequio alla maestosa bellezza cogliendone i caldi colori e la luce fra i rami, la quercia di cui ti dicevo è un po' più grande e sicuramente più vecchia, ma più sofferente e meno maestosa.

Bellissima!
This is a sheer delight to look at this beautiful old tree filled with a variation of autumn colours. I like the way how blotches of blue sky peeps through the branches of the tree, playing hide in seek with one's eyes. I also like the sunlight in the whole scenery, and the shadow of the tree on the surface. I very much enjoyed this scenery from your hand and lens. It was just a reminder that you are just as good with this kind of photography, than with the butterflies that you spoil us with so often. Thanks for bringing autumn into my lounge, where we are currently experiencing summer here in South Africa. Best regards.

A fine shot of a vigorous oak in the autumn. The POV almost against the light is great and the colours of the remaining leaves shine against it. The radial pattern of the oak branches makes a nice composition too.
