Hi Ram,

Definitely you edit your photos with feeling! seems me good you din't cut the flower button of Chinese Rose (we call it "Cayena"). I also can say that light and natural colors are great. Good texture in the buteerfie, It's nice background, which reflects perfectly the fresh foliage of the plant.

Hello Ram,
I've only seen this beauty once, on Penang in Malaysia and I remember it so well as its colours are really striking! I think you've posted this species before but this must be your very best capture - it is really wonderful! Excellent sharp focus, lovely details and beautiful colours and the rose bud looks lovely with it!

I like the composition Ram!
The hibiscus flower bud and its stem make a pleasing diagonal in the composition and the Blue pansy is a nice colourful part of it sharply taken to show it resting with its open wings.

It is a wonderful shade of blue with black.....and at first I thought the red threw it off..but then I played with it..and voila..you were right in posting it this way. Without the red it is not nearly the same image....cleaver eye Ram.....of course I have had two cataract surgeries...so i can see your notions better now!

Glad you didn't crop-out the bud Ram, the composition is rather beautiful as it is and that sharply depicted b.fly looks like a jewel on those green leaves..

what a stunningly beautiful butterfly. the chinese rose bud only adds to this picture for me, not knowing the butterfly at all, it shows the natural (?) habitat for it and adds to the colours. love the composistion

Hello Ram,
A very fine and artistical shot. Happily you didn't cut the bud of the Chines Rose. It makes the picture more special and we can remember it better than just a close-up on the butterfy. Beside this it is always inetersting to see a little bit of the environment in which live insects and animals. The butterfyl itself is a beauty which I really would like to see with my own eyes once.

Hi Ram

I can see and sympathise with your dilemma concerning the little rose bud. However,
this obviously caused the little Blue Pansy to appear tinier than what you otherwise
would have shown us. No problem though, because the rose bud added to the pleasing
aesthetics of the composition. After all, butterflies and flowers do go hand-in-hand.

I like how the butterfly stands out against the bright green BG. You have done well as
the insect shows nice strong details and lovely colours.
