Excellent timing. Egret in good focus and pose. Sorry to see the wing tips cut off in the frame. Butit happens.:)

Good picture, with appropriate adjustment for the timing light and a right to freeze the action of flight. also has good sharpness. It is unfortunate the cut at the top of the wings, this diminishes the attractiveness of the photo.
