I would like to dedicate this final post in TN to Jusni and Foozi, 2 fine gentlemen I met in Kedah state, just before 2010 New Year. I am not TN savvy but I suppose this photo is best suited for TN itself.

Forest Lizard not Chameleon. Borneo jungle. Semongkok Wildlife Sanctuary.

Walking along the trail to see the orang utan, this lizard was spotted when I was carrying my heavy 1.8kg Sigma 50-500mm lens. No, I would NEVER believe I could get this focus at 1/25s handholding this 1.8kg lens + 1kg camera body, but the image turned out fine :) I had to retreat until I stood 3m away to get a focus. The young green friend caught my attention to snap this one. Disappointment over not seeing a single Orang Utan but I am happy to get this chameleon on my memory card.

When I started to shoot, a few tourists behind me stopped and sighed amazement to this nature.

I am lucky to get this focus, handheld the heavy lens and camera. Zoomed to 500mmFL. I did not lose any time to setup a tripod because the lizard might go away anytime.

If you are scared of lizards or chameleons, well I still dedicate this one to you. Amazing is it not?

Greetings from Borneo.

Hi Bill,
I am overjoyed to admire your outstanding photo on a new TN.
Splendid and amusing macro, congratulations.
I personally hope to come back on the decision not to post on TN. It would be hard for us pity those who are here to not have the opportunity to see such beautiful pictures!
The choice is yours and I respect, but hope ... May remain.
If you do not post thank you for all you did for us so far.
Have a wonderful day,
Adrian

Hi Bill,
What an amazing shot!
Not only the way one is carrying the other, but the fact that the small one seems to have a face painted on its head!
It resembles a sort of aboriginal in a kind of dancing, this is so good!
I think it was the right decision to go for the shoot straight away instead of lose any time in preparations like tripod, etc.
My compliments and thanks a lot for share it,
JM

Hello Bill
