First of all welcome to TrekNature! I hope you will enjoy this site as much as I have, since I joined in September.

Your first contribution is an exceptionally good photo of a thunderstorm. I am very sorry, that I have never been able to capture the bright flashes the way you did. Mine always turn out yellowish.

Did you use a special filter?
Did you point the lens upwards or just horizontal?

I thank you for sharing with me your secret for catching perfect lightening strikes :-)
