Hi all!
I don`t find more information about this Sand grasshopper, but maybe you can help me with the ID.
The only thing I know is that its mimicry really works!

...hope you like it...

Hello Francisco,
Wow, this is relly a grasshopper made of sand! a photo very interesting! really has been difficult to obtain an appropriate contrast. The photo is very well managed at the level of focus. Greetings, thanks for sharing.

Ciao Francisco. An impressive close up for this strange grasshopper. Fantastci example of camouflage. Stunning detasl and very good light0's management.

Hello Francesco
Wonderful capture this lovely and very interesting grasshopper!
I never see one like that.

Dear Francisco,
I like very much your macro of this camouflaged grasshopper. Nature's camouflage is never 100% imitated by humans...

I imagine, it must have been difficult to focus on this creature and find exposure - with everything so uniform!

The tightly controlled depth of field works very well, and the close cropping make it a pleasure to view your image.
Have a nice evening
Kind regards
