Agrocybe?

I post this fungus, which I have been looking for in lots of sources with no success, to see if any of TN friends has seen it before, and help me with the ident.

The closest I have seen so far, are Agrocybes, but no idea.
It is growing on January in a cut oak tree. The place is very nice, as it is a small island in the middle of a river, with a very lovely oak mini-forest. I was surprised as a week before this sunny beautiful day, there was severe cold for this region with temps under -5ºc and some snow. Maybe that is the reason of the broken fibres on stems and caps.
The size was about 15 Cm. in diameter.

Hope you like!

Another fantastic image Felipe. The POV and DOF are once again the critical components of this image, allowing you to get those trees in the background to add to the composition in a really good way.
Brilliant stuff. The light is amazing, no burn outs.
I'm surprised to hear of -5 deg, I thought it was summer there :):)
I am finally settled into my new appartment and hope to get out soon to look for new things to photograph.
Once again I thank you for help with my latest fungi post. Hope the weather warms up soon for you, cheers, Chris.
