Bonsoir Paul,

Amazing animal, amazing picture, amazing colors, amazing sharpness, amaizing exposure, amazing talent.

I am always happily surprised to all those different creatures you present. I am also surprise of the sharpness. I bought the Nikon 105 VR macro, but I am not sure it's the best choice, the non VR seems lot sharper. Mobile glass element can give a feeling of steadiness, but I wonder if it is not like simply having a loose glass element in a good lens. I should make some test with the VR disactivated, may ben I'll see some improvment.

Anyway, I am getting away from the purpose of criticizing picture. You have made an excellent image with a lot of visual impact. Nice work and TFS.

Strange looking - yes. Beautiful - debateable. Colourful- with no doubt. Eye-catching - off course. Fascinating - over and over. Photography - splendid. Overall assessment - praiseworthy. Display - Awesome.
Thanks for sharing this reptile that looks like it has been stitched together by 1000's of colourful beads. It is a remarkable specimen and you are a very, very fortunate photographer to have been able to capture and share it with us. Indeed a painters dream. Best regards.

I have no idea what color t-shirt you wear but these guys when they look at you they really light up :))
Excellent composition with this tight view of this dude, terrific sharpness and lighting and a great contrast with the BG.

Hi Paul,

I had no idea that a chameleon possessed such dramatic and varied colouration. I knew that a chameleon was able to blend in with its environment, but I had thought that its colour-changeability was primarily due to its ability to adjust its shades of green. Evidently, it has an incredible palette of colours from which to choose. Thank you for presenting such a treasure for the enjoyment and education of visitors to TN's gallery.
