[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hi Friends,

I saw another tree of the canon ball in the Pune University campus. When there are flowers to this tree, you just can't miss it as it has a very sweet fragrance and you could smell it from about 100m. The one I had in front of my home has very light coloured flowers as compare to this one. this was very bright.

For more information about this tree / flower please visit my earlier post

Hallo Kedar
This flower is very striking. I think I have mentioned before that it reminds me of a coral reef. The detail is really pretty and the colours vivid and beautifully displayed. The combination of red, pink and yellow is really gorgeous and creates a feeling of cheer and a tropical atmosphere. Thanks for sharing. Best regards.

Namaste Kedar,
This is afine close-up of the large flower of the Canonball Tree, the POV showing the details with fine sharpness and colours.
This S. American species has become widespread in tropical Asia and I have seen it in Singapore with the flowers sprouting from the tree trunk.
Thanks and best regards,

a beautiful macro shot. what is striking is the various shades of pink colour.

Hellow Kedar,
Great composition creating an interesting full photo with vivid colours and well exposed. What a beautiful flower seems it belongs in the depths of the oceans.Well captured and TFS.
