Hi Radek and nice to see another addition from you African trip :)

This is a superb skink and a lizard i would very much like to meet one day, too.
The colors and pattern on its scales is gorgeous and i also really like the great pose you've caught it in here - curled up like that creates a very good composition for shots like this.
The fill-in flash worked very well again (as in your other photos) and has brought in some nice extra details and light.
Well focused and exposed, as well.
...and it's surprisingly big - when i first looked at the photo i thought it was about 15cm long, but then i read in your not that it's way bigger :))

Overall, a lovely post, my friend.
Bravo and TFS

PS: i e-mailed you some time ago...i was hoping to maybe get an answer to the problem i raised then...if you have the time :)

Witaj Radek
Swietne zdjecie, ostatnio scynka widzialem w sklepie zoologicznym, ale na wolnosci reprezentuj± sie o wiele lepiej.
Pozdrawiam Robert

Hello Radomir.
When I saw this I though, is this lizard polish? ...now I know it is african :)
You are an expert with reptiles, and it not an easy task. I trier some times and difficult to get good results.
I can feel the texture of this one looking at this photo.
Beautiful composition!
Regards, Felipe.

Hi Radomir,
how come that so few people notice your masterpiece on TN? Whatever, this IS a dreamshot and I am truly jealous :-) being absolutely unable to achieve a similar result. A make it a favorite of mine. You did this one with your usual Coolpix?
Best regards
