I remember your previous captures of brown bears from Finland and now you've been back there and got a fantastic close view of another fine beast! Í like the way it is approaching you with the paw stretched out. Excellent focus, great sharpness and colours. A beautiful composition too!

This is a beautiful image of this furry animal and I just love the expression you captured in its eyes, and the way its one paw is lifted. And great to see you here again :)
I too have endured some strong heat waves during my field trips this summer so i kinda know how you feel, but i also know that when you come home with a photo that you are proud of, it makes it all worth it :)
...and this is such a picture. I really like the pose of the big bear - very active with the body and with a very expressive face.
The shallow DOF isolates it from the BG, but still offers a good idea of the habitat. Spot-on exposure and lovely, natural colors, too.

Bears and Kruger these are the keywords when I see pvs. Not bears in Kruger of course...
I do like your bears series (and the Kruger series of course). Absolutely great work.
This one is no exception. Its look, the claws, the depth in the forest, and the free space within the shot... a great mix.

This is an outstanding capture, though I have to admit not sure I would want to be this close to a Brown Bear for the sake of a shot. Nice work, well taken.
