[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Time to go for the emperor.
Here is the flight of the ANAX IMPERATOR or emperor dragonfly. It is hard to shoot because they move fast. I used the repeating mode and choose the best.

For those who like to see the whole range have a look here:

The face of the emperor
Eggs of the emperor
The back of the emperor
The flight of the emperor
Birth of the Dragonfly.

And don't forget my Kermit! swimming lessons

Difficult shot, I tried, not success yet ...
this one is very good
TFS, Laurent

Very good in-flight of the dragon.
You did a great job with this, considering that you used a Compact Digi.
Good details, well composed and nice POV.
Very well done.

You did it again Hendrik! To my favs. This is incredible shot! I love blurred wings and BG. Very dynamic - something like hyperspace in sf movies. Superb colours, POV, BG. This picture is alive! We feel like chasing this dragon. Superb Hendrik - I think your best! And you proved that to make such pictere you don't need camera for thousands of $.

Hendrik, this is a great photo. (itīs a difficult shot). Good work. Great colours, sharpness excellent, a very nice composite. TFS

Sorry Hendrik, I have no time to write a decent comment. I give to you the well deserved smily.

Thank you for sharing pictures and notes and for the enjoyment which they give to me.

Mooi werk man,
gr. Jaap
