Phylum: Arthropoda, Class: Insecta,Order: Hymenoptera.The body of an ant is clearly divided into three sections viz. head,thorax & gaster.Ants are social insects living in social colonies comprised of one or a few queens, and many workers.The queen stays mostly deep and within the nest.Most ants seen are usually workers and all females.Ants come in dark or earth tones.Different species are black,earth tone reds, pale tones & plastic browns.

He, He, He you also got confused to this tricky subject. It is actually an Ant mimicking spider and not an ant. A good capture. Thanks a lot for sharing.

Muy buena macro de esta hormiga, sumamente dificil que toda ella este nitida, pero de todas formas, ha quedado muy bien contrastada con ese fondo difuminado. Buen POV.
