In the Throes of Death
I'm touched by the picture and by your deep notes. If more people on this planet would think and act like you it would be more peaceful...
Many thanks for this proof of respect and love!
N.B. The picture is superb, but I believe this is secondary in its context...

Hello Mr. Ram,
Good heavens, what more sensitive note! ... It's really strange to find in TN, pictures related to the end of the life cycle of insects, but it is a natural event and it is good to find some pictures to document this.
Good job with f/6 to add more drama to the moment. Good levels of green and appropriate composition.
Regards, TFS and happy week end Mr. Ram.

Great photo, with the focal point on the head, in tghis photo the most important part.

touching document of a fellow creature expecting its end of life. Artisticaly well approached from ahead, with focus spot-on on the eyes. The well chosen short depth of field delivers a well supporting soft background, and it increases the attention on the grasshopper's face. Pleasantly dim natural light is providing a pleasantly peaceful atmosphere. Piece of art. Thank you!
With best regards,
P.S.: Thank you for your kind words to my latest posting a few weeks ago. I am still visiting this site not as often as I did in the past, but I am always happy and grateful to be in touch with you.
