[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I took this shot on my son's farm just ouside Botrivier in the Western Cape Region of South Africa.
The full moon and scattered clouds worked well to create a special mood for the shot.
I set up a spotlight in a distance to add light on the tree and foreground. This is a single shot taken in RAW using the Canon 40D fitted with a Sigma 10-20 lens.
If I had better processing skills I would consider adding a gravestone on the left just to make it more spooky He-he.

The spotlight does wonders here. It creates a very beautiful atmosphere together with the moon. Taken from a very good POV in an ideal composition. Even the clouds are just on the right place. Great quality!

Very moody and atmospheric shot with great light. The composition is excellent with the moon just visible through the tree branches and the addition of a few stars makes for a wonderful image.

An excellent shot. You have captured a perfect moment in time!
Well composed with the tree and moon off centre to the right of the frame, the lighting is excellent considering the circumstances, the image is very clear, sharp and deep DOF.
