I found this nice group of fungi while walking in a forest under the rain. Thanks to Laszlo Kaposvari for giving the correct species inside this genus.

Mycena inclinata (Fr.) Quél., 1872
Family: Mycenaceae
Common names: Clustered bonnet [En], Mycène incline [Fr], Buntstieliger Helmling [De]

This species is unmistakable due to the thin tricolor stem (dark brown around the base, yellowish in the middle and white closed to the cap). It has a bit nitrous odour. The bell-shaped cap is up to 4.5 cm (1.8 in) in diameter. The stem is up to 9 cm (3.5 in) tall. The gills are pale brown to pinkish, and the spore print is white.
Habitat: It is a widespread saprobic fungus, growing in small groups or tufts on fallen logs and stumps, especially of oak. It derives its nutrients from decomposing organic matter found in plant litter such as leaves, twigs, bark and branches. It accomplishes this by producing enzymes capable of breaking down the three major biochemical components of plant cell walls found in litter: cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin.
Distribution: Europe, North Africa, Asia, Australasia and North America.
