hello friends, i am very happy
to show you this photo of the
small red squirrel running after
the big grey squirrel, maybe the
photo it is not perfectly composed
but just take in consideration
this photo was shot with a camera
that has a very very small sensor

this photo was shot today and
you see that in the ground
(in Montréal area) we still don't
have snow, but it is coming soon

from Canadian Museum of Nature website

« The American red squirrel occupies
all of the temperate, forested regions o
f northern North America. An adult weighs
between 145 and 260 g (5 to 9 oz.) »

from Hinterland Who's Who website

« The eastern grey squirrel is the largest
tree squirrel found in eastern Canada.
It is predominantly a nut-eating species
and its historic range coincided with t
he vast tracts of hardwood forests in
eastern North America, in particular
with oak and hickory trees. »

Merci

Asbed

Hello Asbed,
Almost impossible to believe! ... This is an excellent photo, which shows a race of squirrels! ... I am glad that you return to your photos "in movement".... Anyone can do it like you!. By the way, I did not know that almost big blue-gray squirrel! Nice animal!

Hello Asbed,
Another example of your timing and fine panning skills. This time a fine capture of a Red chasing a Grey Squirrel. Despite the busy BG both are well seen with good clarity. You used the little camera sensor to its utmost capacity.
Thanks and have a great weekend,
Ivan

Hello Asbed,
wow...what a dramatic chase. I like the blurry effect of the bckground due to panning.
An special composition, and the two are still can be identifiled well.

Foozi

Rebonjour Asbed,

passe un bon WE

I love this shot Asbed. It's a good blur. Well done! You can see the backround is a good mixture and supports the photo well even in blur. TFS Trevor

Dear Asbed,
This is a GREAT image; we laughed soooooo much.
It is, indeed, an EXCELLENT photo.
Picasso style!!!
Loved it.
WOW, WOW, WOW!!!
Mario from Calgary with fond greetings.

The motion shown is super. One almost figure who will win. Good slice of daily life in nature.
Bob

Bonjour Asbed,

Tu as bien capturé la course entre les deux écureuils. Le floue de l'image indique le mouvement et la vitesse des écureuils. la lumière a un bel effet sur les couleurs de l'image. La neige est maintenant arrivée avec 25cm au sol. Bonne journée.

Pierre
