[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Whilst i was on holiday in Australia i happended to come across this incredible snake. I believe that this is an Green Tree Python, please let me know if i am mistaken. He was on a branch relaxing. He wasn't aggressive so i was able to get up close and take a nice photo. Hope you guys enjoy it.

Hi Tom, scary view! It's a great looking reptile. The colours are excellent. I like the composition here. I feel it could be a little sharper in focus but it's a very nice shot all the same.

Tom,
Very nice composition for this green snake!
DOF could be improved but I'm sure you were a little bit affraid and don't want to stay close to much !
TFS, Laurent

That is an awesome POV on this beautiful snake. I am stunned that you did that in the wild. How far away were you? The details are amazing, despite the soft focus. A wonderful shot. TFS and a warm welcome to TN. : )

Not too sure if I would be getting that close! Great shot.

Tom,

I hope you will pardon my skepticism, but all of your snake shots look like zoo shots to me.

Your gaboon viper appears to be sitting on cypress mulch, chondropythons in Australia don't look like this, etc.

Zoo shots are OK, just be honest about it.
