|One of my passions (as you can see in my profiles) is carpfishing. |
For me it's not only the carp i like (it's a superb beautifull and strong fish) and make it a passion for me. It's also everything around it: the silence, the nature, a sunrise, a sunset, birds, the smell of air, the smell of wet leaves and grass, the feeling of being alone in a busy world for a few hours. It's everything.
When i'm fishing, i feel..................FREEDOM!
Maybe you think:"He's not good in his mind!" But you must be a fisherman (or woman) to understand, to feel, what i mean.
This photo was taken in march, this year, in Nootdorp, a small village near The Hague, Holland. First it was raining very hard. When it became dry, a little bit of sun was coming through the clouds, and that gave these beautifull colours of grey and blue.
I hope you can feel what i feel.

It's nice to be at one with the world alone some times, I like walking in the bush alone but it's not as safe as fishing alone.
Great shot, superb colours!
The reflection in the water is great and the fishing rods add extra interest.
Well done, happy fishing.
