[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Here's a shot I'd like to share of a G.B. Heron that landed in a tree. He was just resting in this case. I know they nest in trees with a few more branches than this tree has. They make huge 6 foot nests in the trees. I once saw an island covered entirely in nests. It looked like a scence from the prehistoric era.

Hello Trevor

Not the best quality photo but a good photo to show the mimetism
of this species of bird, if you would'nt see it landing over that tree
if the heron was already perched on that tree probably you would'nt
know there is a Great Blue Heron there because i remember
one time in 2007 i was sit at border of a pond and only about
30 minutes later when the heron moved i knewed that in front
of me (other side of the pond) with the trees there is a heron,
