Hello friends in TN,

Appias libythea olferna (Striped Albatross)
The Striped Albatross gets its name from the male butterfly, which is white with prominent black veins on the underside. The female is dark dusted with yellow wing bases.

This species established itself in Malaysia about 50 years ago, due to the wildspread abundance of its food plant the Purple Cleome.

Thanks for viewing!

Hi Jusni,
A very good image of this beautiful striped albatross butterfly.
The details are sharp and well focused.
The lighting is well done and the colours are vivid and well saturated.

Hi Jusni.
You have shared so many nice shots last time and I have missed all of them. (Now I spend all time in countryside house there Internet is absent.) Very attractive POV, impressive magnification and nice unusual wingspread. Details of the butterfly and cute plant are superb. I also like natural smooth BG. Kind regards and TFS.

Salam Jusni,
what a lovely view of this albatross. The colours are so natural and sharpness of the wings is so good.
Nice isolation on coat button, giving an extra emphasis.
