A presentation of a strange species never seen before in such a format on the pages of Treknature ..WOW! The humour is lost om me, Anne.
All the same, I admire your ability to "see" meanings and patterns in the objects of nature. The single "eye" of this tree lends character to the "character" it plays and I can't stop thinking of William Golding's Lord of the Flies for which this picture would make a very apt title page.

Hahaha Anne! You have such eye for details and a great imagination! I think that is the nicest dedication for somebody here, maybe blended with a touch of irony! In my opinion.
