Your great photo shows Chlorophyllum molybdites (G. Mey.) Massee, a toxic species which is often confused with the great edible Parasol (Macrolepiota procera), and which is not rare in your region (South-Eastern US). In Europe it was only found in glass-houses. Tfs the pretty image.
