[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
La Mercy lagoon, north of Durban, is a nice place to birdwatch, and this plover was on a sand bank right between the lagoon and the ocean (you can see the ocean in the background here, with a nice wave coming!).

I am not hundred percent sure about the identification, I think it is a white fronted plover (Charadrius marginatus), but any help on this matter is welcome!
