[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Pear-shaped puffball Lycoperdon pyriforme, very common fungus growing on dead wood.

Young sporocarps are edible (only when immature and white inside) and quite good, I've tried it a few times.

Hello Michal,
A nicely composed image of this little group of puffballs. Very good detail and just the right exposure. I like the natural colors and wonderful DOF in this fine image.
I usually take a lot of fungi photos during the summer and fall months, but this year they just seemed to elude my camera.

Czesc Michal,
ciekawe te grzyby. Bardzo dobry punkt widzenia. Dobra ostrosc. Fajne kolory.

Hi Michal,
Nice, clean, well managed light, great sharp level, and impressive eloquence!... Well done!
