[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
i found these butterflies and many more of them in the garden of the Suntaleykhola Nature Camp, near Samsing, in the district of Darjeeling... they were very restless and flying continuously. i tried to photograph one for almost one hour, and then gave up. they simply won't stop. later, i thought of giving another try, again started running after them with my camera... but the same result. and then, for some moments, two of them stopped. i was dying for one, and got two! could i miss that opportunity? lucky me :D

well well, Himalayan large Yeoman butterflies (cirrochroa aoris aoris) are from Nymphalidae family. they hardly visit flowers, active till late afternoon and they are very wary on closure approach.

Hallo Ruby
I like this image with its sunny appearance. The contrast between the orange and green is great. A colourful macro with a nice composition. Thanks for sharing. Best regards.

This is your best so far on TN, Ms Sarkar.
The frame with two butterflies inside is very well chosen. Focus on both the subjects is immaculate. The colours are quite natural and the green leaves highlight the butterflies very well.
