Hi Dave, the sharpness isn't the top on the heron, but i like a lot the very original background, the bird fly into the big 0 creat by the bridge and its reflection..and this is very very nice and unusual.Have a nice Sunday and thanks,Luciano.

Hallo Dave and welcome to Trek Nature. I trust you to have a wonderful journey on the site. Although your image is not as sharp as I am sure you wanted it to be, I like this image very much. It has lots of details to appreciate, one being the artistic value it has and another the lovely natural sunlight. You have an excellent camera and I am sure the best photos are still to come, all in good time. Thanks for sharing. Best regards.
Anna

Hello Dave,
Welcome to TN and I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do. You are going to learn so much from all the beautiful people on TN. Enjoy it! I like the composition of this image even though it is not so sharp. It reminds me of a painting I once saw. It is very artistic and I like the natural sunlight. Try next time to put more notes in about where this was taken or about the bird.
Regards
Natley

Very nice Dave. Gotta love the archway in the water reflection. The whole picture's in nice soft colours. A real poster shot. TFS Trevor

Hello Dave, and welcome to TN.
Love the timing, as you captured the Heron just as it was entering the neat reflection area. looks like a real tunnel going under a bridge. The focus is a little soft, but still a great first post and an eye appealing image. Great work!!
