Here is another LP of the mountains in my native place. Hope this repetition does not bore you.

Pir Panjal mountains in Jammu & Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh are considered Lesser Himalayas. They receive heavy snowfall in winters. In this lanscape, they form an impressive background to the Churah Valley in Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh.
The Valley with its fairly large forest cover is sparsely populated with agriculture and horticulture as the main occupation of its inhabitants. You can see the terrace farming in the foreground with a young apple plantation right in front of you. The two conical peaks of Pir Panjal range in view are called the Paap (Sin) and the Dharam (Virtue) by the natives.

My friend Ivan (Argus) should be able to connect this scene with the backdrop of my little novel he has read recently.
Thanks for looking.

Hello Ram,
I recognized your homeplace instantly, I had it well in mind. Perfect to have the large version, it allows us almost to walk through this magnificent mountain landscape. Very nice too the play of shadow and light. Impressive the snow-covered peaks in the back too. Where can we read your little novel?
Have a nice weekend
