C'est une très belle photo,les teintes et la position de l'insecte sont magnifiques.
Wow!! this is a new one for me, and I must say a real beauty at that. With wings so colorful it's a wonder they didn't call it a Tiger Dragonfly, although I can also see why it was named Holloween Pennant with it's orange and black colors. I sure wish we had some of these here in Ohio, as it is such an eye catcher.
I see the low light caused a tiny bit of noise, so I tried to see what I could do in the WS. Hope you don't mind.

fantastic subject in a precarious balance like a flag in the wind -i believe its name derives from this distinctive position- within a very elegant composition.Low light makes the colours slightly less bright than usual, but still very natural.A simple image, but fascinating.

Strongly reminiscent of the Picturewing of India, Ruby.
Despite failing light, the picture has come out rather well.
The spots on the wings look beautiful.
I can imagine your feelings on coming face to face with nature native to the US.
