[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Last month on a rainy day, I went out into the school vegetable farm to find some insects. Turned out to be a rich day with many species of insects visible. However, this rather tatty and worn out Slender Skimmer caught my attention when I saw it twisting its abdomen. I took a quick shot and this is how it looked.

Here is a brief note on the species taken from Wikipedia:

Orthetrum sabina, the Slender Skimmer or Green Marsh Hawk, is a species of dragonflies in the family Libellulidae. It is found from south-eastern Europe and North Africa to Japan and south to Australia and Micronesia.
