[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
In honor of Ron Warner's comment I am now posting a photo of Eldorado Peak without a tent. This was taken 23 minutes later when even completely went away. The illumination in this photo is purely by moonlight on the snow. I used a pile of rocks as my tripod and used a 60 second shutter speed. The night atmosphere was quite fantastic with glowing peaks all around such as Forbidden Peak. This was taken at Klawatti Camp in the North Cascades National Park.

Hello Josh,
Probably a little dark for most peoples taste, but considering you are limited with your equipment, and this was moonlight only, a real beauty. The thing that really matters is that this is the way the scene looked at this exact moment with your own eyes.
I can only imagine what it must have been like to spend the night in such a beautiful place without the noise of civilization and in such clean air. Awesome composition!! TFS.
