[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note [French]
I was looking for something sweet and lovely for the new year. I haven't so many pictures like that. This young Nyala seems really likeable, it joins me in wishing a very happy new year to all of you.

Technical note : certainly not my best capture, personnally I don't like the framing. It's a scan from a paper film

Salut Philippe
being a scan from paper it was most probably automatically post-processed, there is almost too much contrast and I understand that you prefer your original files sometimes.
But it is a lovely image, so lovely that I had to try a workshop as me too I have some problems with the compo

Moi aussi je le trouve sympathique ce jeunot!
Bonne année 2013 !

Lovely capture of the delicate feeding ways of Nyalas.
the animal looks very healthy and the coat shiny.

I think the image might have been more pleasurable to view, if more of the body was Ivisible as well as a bit more foreground.

Nevertheless, I add your work to my group "animals feeding. Thanks for sharing,
Greetings from South Africa, Ingrid
