Hi Mehmet
Welcome to TN!
this is a great portrait of this empusa
however in my workshop I tried to improve the picture by smoothening the background and improving the contrast
GREAT START here and thanks for sharing

Hi Mehmet,
Looks like you've photographed some sort of alien! Great picture. I certainly can't fault it. Cheers, Neil

Hello Mehmet,
An excellent capture with great details.Beautiful colour and sharpness of both the Fasciata as well as the poppy seed.

Merhaba Mehmet bey,
Welcome to TrekNature most importantly. Your mantis shot is one of the most impressive debuts I've seen on TrekNature! Gorgeous composition and excellent sharpness, very spectacular photo. Bravo! I'm looking forward to see new pics of you soon.
Have a prosperous 2013, best regards, László

Hallo Mehmet
Welcome to Trek Nature and what a great image you have as your intro photo. I like this image for various reasons but the biggest and most attention grabbing reason is because it is something purple and I just love purple. Further to that you captured the details of this insect that looks like a few twigs stiched together with great skill and is all its features seen beautifully. A lovely image with great composition and point of view. Thanks for sharing. Best regards.

What a fascinating picture of a purple Praying Mantis on a Poppy twig, Mehmet! How these creatures adopt the colours of their surroundings for camouflage is best illustrated by this shot.
Welcome to TN with this most impressive debut image!

What a stunning creature. Beautiful photo. Thank you for sharing it

Hello Mehmet,
What a unique and interesting looking Mantis. I have never seen one quite like this particular specimen before. You did a fantastic job of photographing it for all to enjoy viewing. Gorgeous colors and perfectly exposed. Super job!!
